Anyone taken plan b and gotten some side effects?

The day after I finished my period I had unprotected sex. Well I took a plan b just to be safe. I’ve had other side effects ( fatigue, and abdominal pain)

This evening (a week after taking the pill) I noticed some blood when using the bathroom. I assume it’s my period? Everything I read says it can come a few days early...but this is super early...anyone experience this?
