Is smoking weed while pregnant “okay”?

I am not pregnant and I haven’t had children. I’m just curious what you guys think? I have started to learn towards it being up to the individual. Like, I don’t feel like I would look down on a pregnant person for smoking weed. Is that wrong?

Idc. I say it’s up to the mother. I don’t think it’d hurt the fetus but I’d worry about cps stepping in. 
Hopefully soon with weed becoming more normal we can start seeing more studies of it during pregnancy.

For me personally it’s almost not even a choice. I have hyperemesis and most days the only way I can keep my food down is by smoking first.

My morning sickness was so bad, but I still didn't do it until the migraines started and I had no choice to be able to get up and take care of my other kid. It helped with everything. The migraines, the morning sickness and the tiredness that I had. It's totally up to the mother but I would say smoke in a bowl or joint, no tobacco getting to the baby.

My grandma smoked weed while pregnant with my mom, my mom smoked weed while she was pregnant with me. We all turned out fine. I'm 9 weeks pregnant right now and although my family has done it I am afraid because of how many people look down on it.

Depends on the state you live in. Some states they test the baby whenever he/she is born. If thc is found in their system they take he little one away. Just make sure you look at the laws in your state.
