So I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding my daughter for the past two months and at first I was producing so much milk I was able to feed her and pump extra to freeze. I ended up getting really sick and had to use the milk that was frozen, I used them all and ever since I haven’t been producing a lot of milk. It’s only enough to feed her. I’ve tried many things to help my supply like eating better and bought the Milky Mama products BUT NOTHING! I’m going back to work soon and Would like to start giving her formula because I have no other option. I would like to start slowly and soon before going back to work to see how she reacts with it. I AM CLUELESS WITH FORMULAS, so mommies i need your help...
