I am new to this whole world. i was just diagnosed after seeing my blood work with red flags all ovet and my pcp telling me i am tired and overweight bc i had babies. i asked about my bloodwork and was told not to worry but if i need to i can talk to the women's clinic. i scheduled an appointment, went and she was shocked at what he said after seeing my numbers. she immediately put me on the.lowest for of levo. i just lost both of my parents recently and wanted to know what all is hereditary on both sides. both sides were not close to us kids for personal reasons but i found out this was definitely in the family...both sides pretty heavy. plus an aneurysm that claims the lives of whoever has this. i don't feel confident with asking my dr anything bc i had to pretty much diagnose myself. i like personal experience to ask. i appreciate meeting all of you and hearing your experiences. thank you for hearing me and adding me to this group.
