anterior placenta?

went for my anomaly scan yesterday and was told the placenta is at the front so will cushion babys movement etc but should sort it’s self out in the next few weeks🤷🏼‍♀️i’m sure i felt baby kick about a week ago but now i’m not so sure ...

22+6 and I have an anterior placenta. My first baby didn't, and I felt her kicks MUCH stronger than this one. With this one my husband can't feel it but I can feel when she rolls or has hard kicks down low. I started feeling them at around 20 weeks

I’m 21+6 and only started feeling proper baby kicks about a week ago and only from the inside. I can’t feel it or see it at all from the outside. For me it just happened overnight. From not feeling much and poking my tummy, drinking cold water etc just to make my baby move to actually feeling him kicking without any encouragement. So my advice would be hang in there it’ll happen xx

Same! I can feel a little movement but they say it’ll be a while before I can feel actual kicks.... they said the placenta usually migrates up but not always ...

I had an anterior placenta with my first and felt tiny flutters around 21 weeks. I’m pregnant with my second and just found out I have an anterior placenta again but this time I’ve been feeling flutter since around 11 weeks.

Of course we’re not all the same but I started felling my baby girl from 16 weeks (just flutters) then from about 19/20 weeks i jump at every movement she makes. 
I’ve created a boxer/footballer 🤦🏾‍♀️😩 even at my scans, she lets them know she’s there for sure! Lol 😆

I am 22 weeks with anterior placenta. Felt baby flutters here and there but definitely not consistently yet. Dr. said not before 24 weeks

I have an anterior placenta and have been feeling small movements starting at 16 weeks, but they were not as frequent or “hard” as I had remembered with my first. Which makes sense. Now at 22 weeks I can feel him pretty good. But I feel more on the sides and up top.

I’m pregnant with my 2nd baby and both placentas were at the front, i felt my first from 18 weeks and my 2nd from 16 but it’s still not strong yet I’m 21 weeks... the placentas position won’t make much of a difference when baby gets bigger, I was told it doesn’t have any nerves so if baby kicks it you won’t always feel it... I went to the hospital a few times with reduced movement later on in the pregnancy and they said it could of been because of that, there was nothing wrong though xx

Same - 22 weeks n 4 days - still haven’t felt her much...hoping to feel her soon!!!
