Switching to Clomid and IUI...4 LARGE follicles!!!

I finished my last dose of Clomid on Sunday (CD 7) in the evening. Went in for bloodwork yesterday (CD 9), Tuesday. Everything looked good and they asked me to come in this morning, Wednesday (CD 10) for bloodwork, ultrasound and possibly get my trigger shot. Meaning IUI would be tomorrow, Thursday....

I had such a low response to Letrozole, barely making 1 follicle.

The doctor said I’ve had such a wonderful response to the Clomid (100mg)! I have 4 LARGE follicles measuring - 20, 19 x2 and 15.

The Dr had to warn me about the risk of multiples - I nearly passed out🤦🏼‍♀️. She said that my risk for twins was very high and triplets maybe 2-3% more. She also said she didn’t want to cancel a perfectly good cycle and felt confident we wouldn’t be on the triplet range but still had to warn me.

I said I wanted to speak to my husband but he was with a client so my Dr said I could come back later to get the trigger or tomorrow and push my IUI to Friday.

Has anyone had such a good response and positive cycle like this?
