11 week old just wants to sleep and eat?

For the past few days my LO has been nursing longer sessions and is a little bit sleepier than normal. I know there is a leap at 12 weeks but would that cause this?

Vaccines recently? My LO only woke up to eat and even that was stretched out further than normal for 2 days after getting his 2month shots.

I was looking at Takingcarababies, and she mentioned until they are 4 months old it’s normal also doctors told me 3 months only need 1 and half hour wake window which includes, food, play tummy time etc.
