Rash after fever for the second time?

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone has seen this on their little one before. My son had a fever  for a few days and we took him in to the dr. She said she thought he had stomach virus since he would eat, but now his fever is down and he has this rash. This is the 2nd time it’s happen and I have no answers as to why. Hoping someone could help out! Thank you

My youngest would spike a high fever and get a rash everywhere (she has bad kidneys ) the drs always called it roseola which in fact ended up being from her kidneys... do you know what’s causing his fever ? More or less I know lots of babies gets rash’s from being to hott from the fever or afterwards in most cases it’s normal reaction
