Implantation bleeding? Updated x2

According to the app I should be 5 weeks pregnant, got home and just seen I had some bleeding, it’s bright red close to a pink color, it kind of looks like it’s mixed with cm.. but I don’t know. This is my second pregnancy, with my first I didn’t have any implantation bleeding so I’m a little worried. Is this abnormal??

Update- I started bleeding yesterday around 7pm, it’s now 5:30am the next morning, and it hasn’t stopped at all, if anything it started to increase. And I’ve had only very light cramping, nothing worse or as bad as my pms cramps. Going to the hospital when our first baby wakes up this morning if I’m still bleeding, and making an ob appointment as soon as they open! Thanks ladies!

Second update-

Went to the er this morning, for blood work done, and an ultrasound. They said it could be one of three things which I don’t understand at all. 1, my period was just late and this is why I’m bleeding. 2, I’m still very early in pregnancy and my baby is fine, or 3. I was pregnant and miscarried. The doctor who told me this was very blunt and (I thought) a little rude about the way he said this but I’m probably just overthinking this. I took 4 pregnancy tests in all, one being a digital. They were all positive, and all different times of the day. My last positive was Monday, I took another test today when we got home and it’s negative. I don’t understand any of this, has anyone went through anything similar?
