Anyone else have these symptoms?

So I’m 3 weeks and 5 days. I found out today. I was pregnant but suffered a miscarriage October 14th. 
This pregnancy,  test look bigger feels like I’m gonna get my period, lower back pain and nausea. 
We’re anyone’s cramps weird feeling though? Mine feel like a stretching sensation and it’s on my mind heavily. Technically my period would’ve been here on the 15th but got my BFP today. Should I be worried about the stretching feeling cramps?

I feel like a light pulling sensation in my lower abdomen. Nothing sharp, but definitely feel it. Unless it’s all in my head because I found out today and I can’t get it off my mind 😅

I'm 3 weeks and 4 days and I'm cramping on and off. The cramping is mainly on my left side. Last night though I did feel a pulling sensation.

Following I’m also 3 weeks 5 days and my period is due the 12th but I have very strong positive pregnancy test. My cramping is down low and on my left side. My last pregnant I didn’t feel this. And I had 2 chemicals the last 2 months so I’m driving mysekf nuts.

I’m 4wk and 3 days. I had tons of “period cramps” last week but they also felt more in my uterus than in my ovaries. They also felt more intense than my usual period cramps. In the last two days or so the cramping has lessened, though If I press on my uterus while laying down it’s sore. I’m mostly dealing with back pain and ligament pain now. I’d say your cramping doesn’t sound that out of the ordinary from what I had.
