Headaches? *Update*

What do you do for headaches while pregnant? I get chronic migraines but when I was pregnant with my son they virtually disappeared.

This go around they seem so much worse and more often than even my typical migraines/headaches.

I can’t even fall asleep

Thank you all for your suggestions! I ended up going out to get tylenol and PTL it worked. Anything less powerful than Advil has never worked for me so it’s such a blessing. Praying the headaches subside soon so I don’t have to constantly take it but at least I know it’s safer than ibuprofen.
