Etopic Pregnancy ???

Question

Can someone that has been through an EP can you explain the symptoms you had ? What happened ? How far long you were ? How long did it last ?

Found out I was pregnant at about 7 weeks via urine test. Then, about 4 days later I started bleeding. Not too much but enough to be alarming. Then, later that same day I had the worse sharp pain cramps ever. Extremely painful. Couldn’t even stand up straight. My sisters took me to emergency and they confirmed pregnancy via blood test but didn’t see anything in ultrasound. They sent me home and then called me the next day saying to come in ASAP because they saw something in my right tube. They gave me methotrexate and the pregnancy eventually dissolved. Thankfully my tubes are still intact.

I didnt even know I was pregnant until about the 6 wk mark. I had a period and everything. Had no symptoms whatsoever other than a very positive ovulation test (which I thought nothing of at the time.)went in for bloodwork. My dr had me come in for an appointment the day after my last draw to discuss. That morning i started having some ovulation like cramps(but more intense) and red bleeding. Went to my apt, numbers didnt double, and a lot of other stuff happened too. Bottom line, for me it felt like ovulation pain but more intense w inermitent red bleeding

I was almost 8 weeks when I found out. My hcg levels were always low at 4 weeks it was 600 and it took 4-5 days to double. I had shoulder pain plus bleeding. I never started hurting till it started growing in side when I had my surgery it was 4 cm and I could feel it when I rubbed my hand down my side

I found out it was ectopic at 6 weeks exactly. I had awful ovary pain and red blood spotting. The doctors said it was probably a cyst. They did blood work and realized my hcg way extremely low for how far along I was, so they sent me for a transvaginal ultrasound. They weren't able to see anything in my uterus but they found it in my ovary. I caught it early so I didn't need surgery. I had two rounds of methotrexate (most painful experience. Would probably choose surgery next time). It took 50 days bed rest, one stay in the hospital, and 26 blood draws to get to zero
