How to not sound like a bitch

Ok so I’m having my baby in March, and my stepsister who is done having kids wants to give me her bassinet.

The problem is that she smokes in her house and the bassinet smells heavily of smoke, not only it just gives me a headache, but I definitely don’t want my baby to smell like it when he lays down.

My mom says “well it’s free” but I don’t even care. I don’t have a lot of money but the one I want from target is just 50 dollars .

My stepsister lives 10 minutes away and is over frequently so she’ll wonder where hers went . And she’s definitely the type to be pissed over something like this but I just don’t know what to tell her or how to just not sound stuck up. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️
