Silent reflux?

Any mamas out there know about silent reflux? I’m think my 6 week old son may have it but I’m not sure. I plan on calling the doctors to get him checked but just wanted to see if anyone on here has advice. My son is spitting up daily, gets the hiccups pretty frequently and this morning my husband said it sounded like he quit breathing after a big burp but then he made a grunting noise and was fine. He couldn’t tell if the baby was just asleep or not and it’s driving me crazy because I wasn’t there so I don’t know exactly what happened. I’m hoping it’s nothing serious. Thanks for any advice ❤️
