Rice cereal !

So I’ve been hearing so much about rice cereal and this momma is exhausteddddd since baby started his sleep regression ! I’m trying it for the first night tonight let’s see how it goes ! Anyone else tried it before ? How did it go ? What were your measurements? I did 2 ounces formula and one tbsp of rice cereal.

UPDATE: He slept for 5 hours straight ! Yayyyy he was only sleeping two ! If that... so happy I tried it hopefully it keeps working ! That for me is a win! Also, his pediatrician said it was ok to do when he was even 2 months to help him sleep. But I didn’t want to try it until he was older so I waited to see if we could do without. I still can do without and will only be giving it to him when I absolutely need it. Taking care of ourselves is just as important! Good luck mommas I hope you are all doing well !
