This is my 6th pregnancy, 5th baby but my oldest passed so I will have 4 kids when this baby is born. I’m having a hard time with it too. :/

I’m not pregnant but I just had babies #4 and #5 (twins) and I have a 7 year old, 5 year old and 3 year old.
