Pimple or cold sore...help!

This popped up on my toddler last night and I am freaking out 😭 pimple or cold sore?? We were outside yesterday and he got super dirty and we weren’t able to do a bath until later last night, he has super sensitive skin (rashes and eczema often). I don’t know I’m really upset.
