Has anyone taken lovenox during pregnancy?

I've had several DVTs and a blood clot in my heart several years ago. I'm already a high risk pregnancy, and both my regular OB and the high risk OB I'm seeing have recommended I take lovenox. I'm following their advice, obviously! But I'd feel better knowing that some of you ladies have been where I am now! If you did have to take lovenox did everything go okay?

My docs have told me that when I get closer to my due date they'll transition me to heparin injections to reduce the likelihood of bleeding complications. (Apparently, you also can't have an epidural while taking lovenox. 😳 So, they transition you to heparin since it has a faster clearance rate.)
