Help! Scary bleeding...

I posted in a couple other forums but I don’t know what I’m looking for maybe just some reassurance, answers, prayers and to hear from others experiences. I was just doing laundry and I felt something warm just come out of me, I thought I had peed. I went to the rest room and it was red blood not enough to soak up a whole pad but some small clots did pass. Ended up going to the ER and they did urine, ultra sound and blood test. The doctor said my labs looked good, my hcg was 2,411 and my scan showed I was less than 5 weeks and they could see a yolk but no fetal pole because it was too early. They also said there was no way to check if the pregnancy was viable since it was that early too. They also said they couldn’t explain the blood but to follow up with my doctor to check my hcg again and see if it’s going up. I’m so scared! 😫😭😢
