Not showing at 11 weeks 2 days (rant)

This is pregnancy #3, I have 1 daughter. I know people will say I should be grateful, but I see all these photos of girls with cute bellies. Tonight my neighbor tells me she’s 12 weeks pregnant and she is only telling people so early because she cannot possibly hide it anymore. I tell her I’m actually 11 weeks pregnant and she says she would never have known! I guess I just want this pregnancy to feel real. I feel no symptoms I have no belly. I haven’t seen the baby since an 8 week ultrasound. My anxiety is going crazy after my missed miscarriage this past summer. I just need reassurance everything is going okay even if that is a big ole belly
