Baby on the left then I felt it on the right 12 weeks 3days!!!!

Hi ladies,

Is this normal or I am having twins??!! I was feeling in early morning my baby is on the left for a week now then last night it was in the right!! Is this normal? I don’t feel moving just the place is hard 🤷🏻‍♀️
