Hellllp.

My husband is coming home from a 9 month deployment in 8 weeks! I will be ovulating 2 weeks after he gets home. We want to continue our TTC journey. (We were trying for a year before he left.)

My question is,

What do I need to do to help prep my body to be more likely to conceive?

Ive lost almost 20lbs since he has left and eating better, I also work out 2-3 times a week. I work full time, so it can be hard to workout everyday.

So does anyone else have any tips?

We would really love a post deployment babe! But if not we will continue our plan the fertility specialist. 😞😩
