Going crazy 😔

I told myself I wouldn’t do this to myself again, yet here I am analyzing every “symptom”. Friday morning I went pee and when I wiped I saw two small spots of pretty bright red. I assumed AF was coming early. I haven’t seen any spotting since and AF was supposed to start yesterday. My longest cycle is normally 32 days. CD 32 today. Negative test with first morning pee. No more spotting. No period yet. Am I getting my hopes up too much?!
