Pressure & pain in crotch area

Hey y’all! I am 29.5 weeks pregnant (2nd pregnancy) and I have been having terrible pain and pressure in my cervix/vagina area. It’s as if a giant bowling ball is down there. I don’t remember this with my first pregnancy. Anyone else experience this? Is it normal?
