Would you take your two year old out of preschool for constantly being sick?

So my son started preschool (nursery class) for the past two months. He has been enjoying it. However, he seems to get sick every week with the last time requiring hospitalization for three days due to a very high fever. I’m considering taking him out of day care and sending him to live with my mom as I’m working and have no one here with me to take care of him. So stressed and don’t want him to stay away again and at the same time he’s losing weight due to getting sick.
