Bad dreams and poor sleep
Hi All,
I’m 21.5 weeks and for the last week I’ve woken up every day at 5-5:30 no matter what time I went to bed. I also wake up terrified from awful dreams. They are all hyper realistic and always have someone I love dying or being attacked. I’m not particularly stressed or nervous right now, so I don’t get what’s causing them. Any advice for a more restful nights sleep? Thank you!
