Self sooth
My 1 year old wont self sooth we tried but we got frustrated as he screams for ages and sounds like someone is hurting him he refuses to go to sleep unless we are holding him but the second we put him down he screams I can't take it no more how do i sort this I know we made a rod for our backs but being a first time mom I didn't know what to do
