Headache and fever .... 34 weeks pregnant

I woke up this morning feeling really bad. Yesterday evening I had this awful headache. I took Tylenol and went to bed. This morning I woke up and it was back! I took Tylenol again about two hours ago. I just checked my temperature and it’s 100.1! I checked my blood pressure with my at home machine and it is 118/74 which is on the normal side for me. Other than the headache and fever I’ve been super tired today... Should I call my OB and try to get seen today?
