raw sex & birth control

okay so i had raw sex about 2-3 weeks ago and we didn’t use a condom. i have been on the pill for 6 months and take it pretty consistently. but the night we did it i happened to miss the day before’s pill. so the night of around the time i’m supposed to take my pill, i just doubled up on it. he claims he “doesn’t know” if he nutted in me or not. i haven’t gotten my period yet the app tells me i’m 4 days late :/ i feel like i’m overthinking and stressing the situation but idk. any advice or help or just something to calm my nerves would be greatly appreciated :)
