Could I actually be?

So I have been trying with my hubby and nothing was happening ovulation test were positive but all negative pregnancy test 😟 went to doctor he sent me to another to get my HSG test done first time hurt and right tube is blocked (look at bottom right corner you will see a ball like object blocking tube)

As you can see. 😭 I felt destroyed like I didn’t want to have any surgeries so we went on trying still negative. I gave up and started taking pills to help loose some weight and I have lost 8lbs since I’ve been on Phentermine. This month however I have not had a period and back in June I missed a period and that might have been from traveling🤷🏻‍♀️. This month I only traveled 3 hrs so it shouldnt have a side affect on me getting my monthly well this morning I said to myself that I will take a test and see

Well it says positive but I want to know if that might be from taking Phentermine. Has anyone else been on that pill to lose weight and got a false positive? I know I should just talk to my Doctor but it’s 5:46 in the morning.
