My daughter has this mark on her chin sometimes it’s not as visible, she’s had it a few days now along with a nasty cold ☹️

My son gets these marks around his mouth occasionally and it's his excema according to paediatrician, very mild though.

My had something similar and took her to the dr and they said it could be chapped from drooling so much (she’s been teething) I put nystatin on it and it cleared up in a few days
