Technically, according to my psychology textbook, a woman would be considered a heavy drinker if she has a drink every day because 7 drinks a week is considered heavy for a woman and 14 drinks per week for a man

Daily drinking doesn’t sound “casual” to me. The people I’ve known or know who drink daily have all been (or become) alcoholics.

It’s a no from me personally because it’s just empty calories… And also I just hate the way alcohol makes me feel. I just see no point in drinking it daily or even every other day. I only drink on special occasions, or if I go out with my friends.

I drink about every 1-2 days. I do a heavy day like going out with friends like once a month. I’ve known alcoholics, my work culture includes drinking, but I keep my own pretty low.
