Implantation dip help?!

ok so need some help/advice from experienced bbt trackers!!

so i stopped taking the pill oct 19th - had a period from the 22nd- 27th.

i started temping after we got back from our honeymoon so i realize that my chart is not “complete”. but before i started temping my original predicted ovulation date was the 4th & predicted period start was the 18th but as i continued taking temps it automatically changed my ovulation date & predicted period. today i am lightly spotting & had a dip in temp, which going based off my previous chart that said ovulation the 3rd would mean that i am 10dpo. is it possible that i am having an implantation bleed & dip on my chart?

please give me your thoughts? could i get pregnant that quickly off the pill? or is the chart right?
