Have any of you been considering high risk and been able to have a more holistic and natural approach to pregnancy and labor?

I’m 9w2d and the doctor today pretty much laughed in my face when I told him I wanted to do things as naturally as possible. I’m overweight and I’ve developed high BP since becoming pregnant. After that interaction I just want to have a home water birth and say F you to that doc.

Sorry for the rant, I’m little upset right now.
