Husband Struggling with PTSD from Molestation

I need suggestions to help my husband who has been struggling with his PTSD from being molested by his cousin when he was 8 years old. It gets worse around the holidays since my husband has to see him at family events. He already is talking to someone, but the days he struggles at home I am unsure what to say to comfort him. Any help? TIA
