I purchased half a dozen cloth pads with an absorbent bamboo layer in them. They’re from Wish and the “english” instructions aren’t clear, so they get sent to you randomly.

Day two and one pad stained pretty bad because it was soaking in warm water accidentally (tap leaks). The other from this morning isn’t so bad. Should I be soaking it in something else? Obviously I can’t do bleach. I then used hand soap and cold water and now they’re hang drying.

I’ve seen lots of people make their own as well as using them with the cup/using the cup instead.

Overall they’re softer and don’t have plastic burn. For waste reduction, a source says 10 pads in rotation = 5 years. The girls say way longer, and they can agree that they wish they had made the switch sooner. They also say the cup is even better in terms of waste reduction but I’m kind of nervous/disgusted/spooked by the cup.

Does anyone else use reusable pads?
