What type of wood is this?

I love this wood type for kitchen countertops.. anyone know what it is??
Edit: it’s not for a countertop where I’ll be cooking or anything, more so for drinks & decorations

The grain looks like oak. 
Are you wanting a butcher block counter? You need to be careful about bacteria seeping into the wood. If you coat it with polyurethane it would help with that, but I would still use a cutting board and not set anything hot on the counters.
