What time are your babies going to bed?

My 7.5 month old was going to sleep around 7 but the past 2 nights she went to sleep around 6 and slept SO much better so wondering if earlier bed time is better!

I found my baby sleeps best when she goes to bed between 6:30-6:45 ! I was doing 7 but it was always a pain to keep her up we moved it earlier and boom slept in later and wasn’t waking as much

I’ve heard earlier bedtimes are great for better sleep. My lo sleeps 7-7 usually give or take 30-45 minutes on sleep time of wake up time!

Ugghhh, I was worried that this may be why night sleep is bad for us lately.... He used to sleep so much better with a 6 pm bedtime but it's so hard to do with my family. 😭

Between 20:00-21:00. He wakes up at around 07:00 and in between, we gets up twice for milk

My girl is 8m now, she used to stay up until midnight and I got her to start sleeping at 9 now! She's only waking 2x to eat now and sleeps for 11.5 hours normally :)

He used to sleep at around 8-9. Now he’s staying awake longer last night he didn’t go to bed till 11 I was struggling so bad! 😭😢
