I just visited my first daycare center and when I asked about cloth diapers they told me it was illegal in CA. That can’t be right. I haven’t found any laws that state this. Anyone in the San Diego area know what the rules are? Is this just one daycare who doesn’t want to deal with it or am I going to encounter this at all of them? They are all in ones and all they have to do is put soiled diapers in a wet bag. It’s no less sanitary than a regular diaper or clothing after a blow out.
