I’am 39 weeks pregnant and I had my cervix checked for dilation on Thursday. I’am 5 days away from giving birth. My doctor told me i’am 1cm dilated. She showed me her finger tips that had a bit of blood and told me it’s normal to bleed after being checked. Ever since I got checked, I’ve noticed I light amount of pinkish brown discharge. Sometimes there’s a really thing clear pinkish tiny brown amount discharge. Last night in the middle of the night I even felt a pain in my lower pelvic that last what I think for a couple of minutes but it went away and I went back to sleep right away. So I doubt it was contractions. Today I walked 4 laps and right after when I used the bathroom... I noticed pink brown blood amount. After using the bathroom later on it got less but I had a light pinkish clear kind of discharge like a very thing mucus line. Is this normal what i’am experiencing? And it’s just me getting close to birth? Or is this a infection?
