Burning sensation 39 weeks

I’m 39 W 1D and the past two days I’ve had this burning/stinging sensation in my pelvis/vagina area. I don’t remember this with my first. I’m getting induced tomorrow and last week I was 1 1/2 centimeters dilated at 70% effaced. What could this pain be? Is this normal, possibly just dilating more? I feel a lot of pressure and having to pee more, though this is not a burning pain when I use the bathroom, just a constant pain that’s there. Almost feels like I’m about to go into labor with a little back pain.
