Keep pushing play!
I’m chronically bad at sticking to things. Like it’s my downfall. Over the past 4 years I’ve lost 20 lbs and kept it off; (I have a 7 year old and that 20 lbs was what I had left to lose from having her; I gained 55).
Well over the last year I’ve actually been trying to gain about 10 back; In muscle. (I’m officially up 7 lbs over the last year)
HOWEVER over the last 86 days I’ve gained 4 of those 7 lbs. Sure it’s not all muscle, but I am seeing actual muscle gains and I am so pleased! Granted not huge gains here but only 35 days between the pictures!!!
I’m just so happy for sticking to it (FINALLY) and hoping to continue pushing play!
