When to let baby Sleep in own room?

Question

My husband likes our baby (6 weeks) co-sleeping/bed-sharing with us. I hate it. It terrifies me and it’s uncomfortable for me because she like to get close to me when sleeping. She sleeps so easily and will sleep about 4 hours throughout the night when she’s with us.
She hates (absolutely hates) her bassinet. We’ve added a new mattress (memory foam), added toys, something with our sent, tried to make it softer, removed everything all together, she hates it. But she love her crib in her own room. 
I’m nervous to just leave her in there throughout the night, i typically place her in it during the day for her nap, but it’s so annoying trying to get comfortable at night with her in our bed that I think I want to move her to the crib in her room.

My lil man (2 weeks old) won't sleep in his either. But sleeps great in our bed. It made us super nervous too. I bought this & it's worked out great. No longer nervous & all of us sleep great!

With my first I didn’t move her into her room at night until 6 months. (She had grown out of her bassinet at that point). 
You can always get a good monitor, or if you have the space, move the crib into your room until you’re ready for them to be in their own room.

Our girl has been in her own room since she was 3 weeks old. She hated her bassinet as well and is also a very noisy sleeper. I tried some naps in the crib and she did well, so I tried it one night and we all got way more sleep. We just keep the monitor on our nightstand. She still has her bad nights (like last night) but it’s better than every night.

I moved my first out of our room at a month old. We were just keeping each other awake all night between his little noises and I tend to toss and turn. I just turned the baby monitor on high so I’d hear some of the little noises but not all and we both got the best nights sleep! I felt guilty moving him out so young but now that I have a 3 week old I’m planning on trying to move this one out in a few more weeks too and I don’t feel bad about it. 😊

Our 2nd slept in a bassinet next to our bed until he was 8 months. We will do around the same this time. She is currently 6 weeks old.

Because I’m breastfeeding we will move him into his own room around 4 months. That’s when we stopped night nursing with our first. Also the AAP doesn’t recommend it until 6 months. Right now his crib is next to our bed with the front rail off. So he can get used to it and it’s just as cozy as our mattress. We are basically bed sharing but not really cause he’s still in his own space. My son also hates his bassinet.

The recommendation for SIDS prevention is 6 months but ideally up to a year. My 2 yo started sleeping in her own room after her brother was born 2 weeks ago. My 9 yo is currently sleeping in the room with my 2yo incase she gets lonely but so far no issues. I plan on my newborn being in my room until he stops breastfeeding which potentially will be well past a year
