Needing more help

How do you ladies ask your SO for more help with the baby? I am constantly the one changing diapers, the only time he does is when I ask. Literally. I feed her (she’s breastfed) and put her to sleep. I never have time to myself throughout the day. He hardly plays with her unless I give her to him, but he hands her right back within a few minutes. He turns it around on me & says “yeah well I need help cleaning” (which he hardly ever cleans) or he’ll say that I ask for her back, which isn’t true, only when she’s crying. She’s 4 months old
