Am I wrong to be upset??

So my fiancé and I live about 40 minutes from each other depending on traffic and such, so with work I only see him on the weekends. He is 24/ I’m 22 and we don’t live together yet as we wanted to wait until marriage for personal reasons. His parents are very needy and can be controlling, they love randomly asking him to do the heavy lifting for them as he is pretty strong. Well he called me to tell me that they need him to stay home all weekend and not see me to help them carry stuff in and out while they renovate their bathroom. I don’t mind him helping his family, but I find it frustrating that I am losing my only time with him. This isn’t the first time stuff like this has happened and I am slightly worried that it will continue when we get married although he believes it won’t. Is it wrong of me to be upset that I have to lose my only time with him because of his parents constant demands?
