Purée feeding amounts

Hi mamas who are feeding purées - about how much is your 8m old eating per meal? Mine is almost 8 months and EBF and has breakfast lunch dinner - each meal an hour after nursing.

He can easily eat a 4oz pouch plus more food each meal. Maybe 3 heaping tablespoons of homemade chicken veggie purées etc plus fruit. Curious if I’m giving him too much food? He keeps opening his mouth but sometimes it just seems way too much and I’m nervous he’s gonna have a tummy ache or vomit later. He still wakes up 2-3 times in the night to nurse but I always thought it was a comfort thing. He is big and SUPER active (crawling/standing/walking along furniture) but I can’t find a clear answer on how much food they are supposed to have at this age. TIA!
