So I don’t want any visitors at the house after I have the baby for at least two weeks. I’m not opposed to immediate family like our siblings however, they can’t bring their children. I’m giving birth at a birth center so my time after birth is limited to up to 6 hours then we get sent home. My wife has a bunch of people that want to plan to come over and be there. It feels intrusive and inconsiderate to me. I don’t think it’s right to have to have a bunch of visitors because they want to see our baby right away. I’m quite annoyed but trying not to be mean.
