Kind of...put clove essential oil on it. If it is ringworm that will kill it.

Not ringworm it’s an unbearable itch. And it’s usually a circle with regular son patch in the middle

I don’t think it looks like ring worm... it would be itchy and more dry and flakey looking

It honestly looks like an ingrown hair. I had something really similar but on my foot. Honestly thought I had ringworm too. But no.
