Help! What is this?

My daughter will be a month old tomorrow and I made a post yesterday explaining all the troubles we have been having and trying to figure out what’s wrong then today I noticed these red spots. Anyone know what they could be? Waiting for the doctors to open to call.
Edit: the redness has stared to go down but still concerned on what caused/ is causing this. I noticed them once before but they went away so I didn’t think much about it.

Looks like either hives or eczema.

Looks like hives, could be from a detergent, soap, lotion, someone's perfume. Anything that came in contact with her skin. If she is formula fed it could be that too. Best of luck.

Eczema or rosea, you probably should be careful with who you let hold your baby especially at such a young age. Make sure they... including you and the father wash and sanitize properly and not wear a lot of heavy perfumes or sprays in clothings that will press against the baby’s body. Also, if you have pets make sure they don’t have any fleas or anything like that
