Pain during sex then found out I was pregnant

First pregnancy here so I’m nervous, excited, happy and scared etc etc.

My husband and I had sex the day after my period was suppose to start and, not to be too graphic, but we were doing doggy and I had a sharp pain on my right side (never had that before).

I told my sister about it and she asked if I had cramping, I said very minor and I was a day late. When I got off work the next morning I took a test and it came back positive within 30 seconds. Then I took a second one later that night, same thing positive right away. Then a digital one the next day and came back positive. So from that it looks like I’m 4 weeks and 6 days.

My question being, did anyone else have this experience? Since then I’ve just had minor cramping and discomfort in my lower abdominal, no specific side, pretty much all over. Also my breast are tender and my nipples are constantly pointing out! I have constipation as well. Also, did anyone have sex during their early stages of pregnancy? Husband wants to but I’m a little scared, I don’t want to cause any problems or hurt the little one.

Anyone have any advice on how to handle waiting till my first appointment? I’m nervous about miscarrying, even though it’s my first pregnancy.
